I recognize that seeking help is often a difficult step. Therapeutic services often seem intimidating, therefore I consider it an honor to walk through this time with each child or teen and their family. I provide a judgment-free space that enables growth, healing, insight, and hope for the future. My goal is to help each child navigate life’s difficulties and provide tools that they can use in the future.
There are tough times for everyone — that goes without saying. Combine the stress and uncertainty of life with the challenges of being a child, teen, or young adult and it’s no surprise that many are struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health-related issues. I would like to help you navigate these challenges and work with you to gain the tools necessary to overcome them.
I specialize in and am passionate about working with children, teens, adolescents, and their parents. My clinical experience has been focused on working with children and their families and I work with children and teens with various concerns, including trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and social or behavioral problems.
