Therapist. Mental health detective. Professional pattern recognizer. Emotional archaeologist.
I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout disguised as productivity, eldest daughter fatigue and general functioning-on-the-outside-while-unraveling-on-the-inside.
I work especially well with angsty teenagers and overwhelmed adults.
I help my clients stop white-knuckling through life, break generational cycles, regulate their nervous system, and untangle childhood trauma disguised as personality traits.
Therapy with me includes 0% judgement, 100% honesty and the occasional cuss word so come as you are – dissociated, over functioning, exhausted or post-cry-in-the-Target-parking-lot. You are welcome here.
Theoretical Orientation: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment-Focused

As your therapists, what are Canton Counseling’s goals for you?
Our goal is to provide a safe place to work through whatever is standing in the way of you being the best person you can be. We believe that while our clients are working hard, we are there to be people that challenges them to dig deeper and a cheerleader to give them the encouragement to continue to move forward.
