Jennifer McClellan, LPC
In-Network with Aetna, BCBS & Cigna (Coming Soon: & UHC/Optum)

Community is very important to me, and I am passionate about helping people move through their respective seasons of life. However, you don’t have to move through these seasons alone. I enjoy providing a space for clients to explore how their past and present life experiences influence who they are and how they can move forward with living a life with purpose. Bringing awareness to change is an opportunity to investigate personal growth and evolve regardless of your ‘season,’ which can be overwhelming when we want to feel heard and supported. While working with me, I will strive to collaborate with you and provide empathy, honest communication, and support in the therapeutic process.
My person-centered treatment interventions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focus Therapy. Additionally, I offer Premarital Counseling delivered by the Prepare and Enrich Curriculum.

As your therapists, what are Canton Counseling’s goals for you?
Our goal is to provide a safe place to work through whatever is standing in the way of you being the best person you can be. We believe that while our clients are working hard, we are there to be people that challenges them to dig deeper and a cheerleader to give them the encouragement to continue to move forward.
