Beginning counseling can feel like a big step, especially when life feels overwhelming, exhausting, or uncertain. I offer a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe sharing your experiences at your own pace. I believe therapy works best when clients lead the way, and I strive to honor your goals, values, and lived experiences throughout the process.
My work is trauma-informed and rooted in a person-centered approach, with an emphasis on collaboration and practical skill-building. I work alongside clients to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be impacting their well-being, while supporting emotional regulation, self-awareness, and meaningful change. You do not have to have everything figured out to begin—together, we can take this process one step at a time.

As your therapists, what are Canton Counseling’s goals for you?
Our goal is to provide a safe place to work through whatever is standing in the way of you being the best person you can be. We believe that while our clients are working hard, we are there to be people that challenges them to dig deeper and a cheerleader to give them the encouragement to continue to move forward.
