As a combat veteran, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that military members, veterans, first responders, and their families face. Whether you’re navigating the transition to civilian life, coping with the demands of a career in public service, or working through trauma, addiction, or life’s unexpected challenges, you don’t have to do it alone.
For more than 10 years, I’ve worked exclusively with active-duty military, veterans, and first responders in residential treatment centers, accountability court programs, and private practice. My goal is to provide a supportive, straightforward environment where you feel heard, respected, and equipped with practical tools to move forward.
I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) tailoring my approach to each person’s unique experiences and goals. I also have extensive experience helping individuals navigate addiction, trauma, and co-occurring substance use concerns.
Seeking help isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a step toward building the life you want. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
