Taking the first step toward seeking support can be a challenging and possibly scary endeavor, filled with uncertainty and vulnerability. The good news is that by even considering this path, you have already begun a powerful journey of self-discovery and healing. My mission is to provide a safe, compassionate, and truly supportive space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Here, we will embark together on a personalized journey of healing and personal growth. I am dedicated to empowering individuals to rediscover their unique purpose, ignite their passion, and find lasting peace in their lives, in a way that authentically resonates with their individual spirit and values.
My therapeutic focus is centered on providing support to those navigating the complexities of mood disorders, overcoming the challenges of addiction, or transitioning through significant life changes. I work with young adults and beyond at various life stages, recognizing that each person’s journey is distinct. I employ a blended approach, drawing from person-centered therapy to foster self-discovery, solution-focused therapy to build practical strategies, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This integrated framework allows for a tailored therapeutic experience, designed to meet your specific needs and foster lasting positive change.
