Our fees vary according to the type of service provided and by providers. Payments will be collected at the time of service.

Canton Counseling works with a 3rd party billing company, ProHealth Desk. If you receive a call regarding your account, they will call from a number with a 980 area code, as they are located in South Carolina. HIPPA standards require them to confirm your identity by asking for your DOB.

Payment Options

  1. Call our billing department at 980-342-2090. You can also reach our billing department by calling our main line at 678-880-4645 and selecting option #3

  2. Make a payment through your secure online client portal. Once in your private client portal, you can upload new credit card information, pay a balance or pay in advance for a session. There can be multiple cards stored in each account. CLICK HERE to access the client portal login

  3. If you would like to make a payment directly with someone at Canton Counseling, we have front office staff available in person on Tuesday and Thursday from 11-4. You may also call the office and press #2 to speak with someone from our admin staff Monday- Friday from 9-5

Court Ordered Evaluations
(Drug & Alcohol, Anger Management & Mental Health)

These are 60-minute sessions that assess the individual through a comprehensive assessment interview and utilizing standardized measures. You will also receive a signed written evaluation and any other necessary documentation.

The cost for these evaluations is $250, and a $50 deposit is required at the time of scheduling. If you must have two of the above-listed evaluations, those sessions are 90 minutes in length, and the cost is $400. A $100 deposit is required at the time of scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved for you. We ask that you give 24-hour notice if you are not going to make your appointment so that we may fill the time with another client. There is no charge for any session canceled 24 or more hours before the scheduled time.  Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or “no-shows” will be charged $50 for the missed session.
