Our fees vary according to the type of service provided and by providers. Payments will be collected at the time of service.

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of GA, Cigna, Humana, Tricare, United Healthcare, UHC & Medicare.

Payment Options

  1. You can reach our billing department by calling our main line at 678-880-4645 and selecting option #3
  2. Make a payment through your secure online client portal. Once in your private client portal, you can upload new credit card information, pay a balance or pay in advance for a session. There can be multiple cards stored in each account. To access your client portal, select your therapist’s name here and then click the “Register” or “Sign In” button
  3. If you would like to make a payment directly with someone at Canton Counseling, we have front office staff available in person Monday – Friday from 11am-4pm. You may also call the office and press #2 to speak with someone from our admin staff Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved for you. We ask that you give 24-hour notice if you are not going to make your appointment so that we may fill the time with another client. There is no charge for any session canceled 24 or more hours before the scheduled time. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or “no-shows” will be charged $75 for the missed session.
