Some seasons of life are especially stressful and challenging. During these times, it’s easy to feel stuck or unsure how to move forward. Change—whether within yourself, your relationships, or your circumstances—can feel overwhelming. Counseling can be a powerful catalyst for growth, healing, and clarity. I believe we all have the capacity to change and heal when we are supported and truly heard.
I have over twenty years of experience in the counseling field, working across a range of settings. I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, parenting concerns, trauma/PTSD, aging-related challenges, and cancer diagnoses (including support for families).
My approach to therapy is holistic and personalized. I draw from a variety of therapeutic interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. For clients seeking spiritual integration, I also offer counseling from a Christian perspective.
I am here to listen without judgment and to help you navigate life’s challenges—at your pace and in a way that feels right for you.

As your therapists, what are Canton Counseling’s goals for you?
Our goal is to provide a safe place to work through whatever is standing in the way of you being the best person you can be. We believe that while our clients are working hard, we are there to be people that challenges them to dig deeper and a cheerleader to give them the encouragement to continue to move forward.
