It takes courage to reach out for help — it can also be the first step towards living a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and meaningful. Whether you’re feeling stuck or alone in your struggles, I would be honored to be a part of your journey towards growth and healing.
I strive to empower my clients to recognize their unique strengths, while providing compassion and tools along the way. I work to foster a safe, collaborative space where clients can process their emotions and experiences and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
I am passionate about helping individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, perfectionism, stress, and life transitions. I use an existential approach combined with techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to best serve the unique needs of each of my clients. I work with adolescents and adults.

As your therapists, what are Canton Counseling’s goals for you?
Our goal is to provide a safe place to work through whatever is standing in the way of you being the best person you can be. We believe that while our clients are working hard, we are there to be people that challenges them to dig deeper and a cheerleader to give them the encouragement to continue to move forward.
