Life can be a lot. One minute you’re holding it together, the next you’re crying in your car, overthinking a text from three days ago, or staring at your to-do list like it personally offended you. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
I’ve always been the kind of person who asks a lot of questions, feels things deeply, and genuinely wants to help people feel a little less alone. As a therapist, I feel privileged to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. Therapy with me is compassionate and honest, but also relaxed and real. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation to healing. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free — where you can show up exactly as you are, whether you’re anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, overthinking everything, or just trying to keep your head above water. My hope is for you to feel seen, heard and comfortable enough to show up fully human.
I enjoy working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, trauma, grief, self-esteem struggles, women’s issues, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel caught in cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, burnout, people-pleasing, or feeling “not good enough.” Others may feel disconnected from themselves after difficult experiences or uncertain about who they are and what they want next. Together, we create a space to better understand these patterns, build self-compassion, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process challenging experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming environment where all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences are respected and welcomed. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where my clients feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to heal.
You don’t have to navigate everything alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in the process.
