I’m glad you are here! The decision to embark on a therapeutic journey is not always easy, and finding the right therapist can be challenging. Therapy may be vulnerable at times, but it does not have to be intimidating or stressful. It can be a helpful tool to learn about who you are, improve your life, and become a healthier version of yourself.
My approach is centered around your individual needs to help you lead the life you want and collaborate with you on a plan to achieve your goals. As your therapist, I can support you as you navigate difficult challenges or just find your way forward. I will hold an accepting and judgment-free space for you as you process your experiences.
I work with individuals, adults, adolescents, and children ages 5 and older. I am passionate about helping others and offering a comforting environment where someone can feel seen and heard. Whether it is for specific concerns or a mental health check-in, I would be honored to help you with your next steps.
This clinician is under the direct clinical supervision of Kristen Fraser, LPC, CPCS and Jamie Hall, LPC, CPCS. Please direct any questions or concerns to kristen@cantoncounseling.com.
